A Minor Delay -- Now We're Back on Track! THE NEW COURT DATE FOR SENATOR UZAMERE IS SEPTEMBER 2, 2008, 9:30 AM.        There was a little bit of a misunderstanding with regard to the information regarding Senator Uzamere's date to show up in court.  While the issues discussed in my summons and petition were without flaw, the court I chose to bring the action was not correct.         The Honorable R. Richard Spegele, a judge who is as kind as he is astute, went the extra mile in explaining the dismissal:         Issue #1 -- Lack of "Unambiguous Referral" from Supreme Court Judge:  Judge Spegele took the time to explain that in order for the issues of spousal support and child support to be entertained by the Family Court, the judge handling the divorce would have to make a specific request to Family Court.  Without the request, the judge handling the divorce action would have to hear issues concerning spousal support and child support.         Issue #2-- Similar legal issues cannot be tried in two courts of concurrent jurisdiction simultaneously:  As stated previously, Judge Spegele made a point to remember that I requested spousal support and child support in my divorce action (see below).  He gently explained that since the requests for spousal support and child support were already made in the divorce action, I could not go to two courts of concurrent jurisdiction.         Lastly, Judge Spegele explained that he dismissed the case without prejudice.  In the (unlikely) event that the divorce action is denied or discontinued, the complaint that was started in Family Court can be restarted.         With this new information, I submitted two orders:  1) an order to vacate the stay that the court placed on my case at my request; and, 2) an order to request retroactive child and spousal support from the defendant.  I made this request based on the legal premise that Senator Uzamere owes child and spousal support for all 28 years of the marriage, and that I was not able to receive it because he used a fictitious name that was not associated with a real social security number and a financial/income/tax history (see U.S. Search result below).         The new date for Senator Uzamere to appear in court is September 2, 2008.  After years of fighting, I am finally within reach of my goal to bring "the Honorable" Senator Uzamere to justice.  As Senator Uzamere did not appear for the July 25, 2008 court date, he was unintentionally given a reprieve.  However, July 25, 2008 is probably his last one.         Throughout our marriage, Senator Uzamere has had the uncanny ability of aligning himself with an ethnocentric group of individuals that is so politically connected that to defy powerful members of this group is an exercise in futility.  Because of Senator Uzamere's knowledge and use of this fact, I had problems in submitting my papers to the court; however, Jehovah God in His power and mercy blessed me with some information (which I will not disclose at this time), that allowed me to finally bend the court to my just will.         Senator Uzamere's reliance on this group of individuals is now useless.  His powerful friends can beat me to a bloody pulp because I am nothing; however, they cannot defy Jehovah -- who is the Great Instituter of marriage.  Jehovah is my trump card.  Jehovah is my ace in the hole.         Psalms 146: 1-10 says it best about how Jehovah has helped me:         "Praise Jah, you people!  Praise Jehovah, O my soul.  I will praise Jehovah during my lifetime.  I will make melody to my God as long as I am.  Do not put your trust in nobles, nor in the sons of earthling man in whom no salvation belongs.  His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground; in that day his thoughts do perish.  Happy is the one who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose help is in Jehovah his God, The Maker of heaven and earth, of the sea, and of all that is in them, the One keeping trueness to time indefinite, the One executing judgment for the defrauded ones, the One giving bread to the hungry ones; Jehovah is releasing those who are bound.  Jehovah is opening [the eyes of] the blind ones; Jehovah is raising up the ones bowed down; Jehovah is loving the righteous ones.  Jehovah is guarding the alien residents; the fatherless boy and the widow he relieves; but the way of the wicked ones he makes crooked.  Jehovah will be king to time indefinite, your God, O Zion, for generation after generation.         Praise Jah, you people!"
