Proof That My Marriage to Senator Uzamere is Legal         There may be questions in many minds as to the veracity of the allegations contained on the website.  Doubtless, many readers may conjecture that these are the ranting of a mentally ill individual, or the ranting of a scorned woman. Unfortunately, both these statements are true -- but they are not relevant.  Yes, I AM mentally ill and yes, my husband did scorn both me and our daughter.  But these are not the issues.  Men scorn women every day.  Somehow women get over it.  However, my husband did not just scorn me and our daughter -- Senator Uzamere gave an official of the New York City Department of Vital Records the fictitious first name "Godwin" with the sole purpose of preventing his African American wife and daughter from finding him to require him to financially provide for his family.  This is both cruel and inhumane.  The New York City Bureau of Child Support Enforcement found a falsified social security number in his name -- yet another successful attempt to hide himself, his life and his finances from me and his daughter.  Senator Uzamere further perpetuated his cruelty towards me and our daughter by encouraging members of his family, attorneys who represented him, even members of the Anglican clergy from providing me with information as to his whereabouts and as to whether he was currently married to another woman in Nigeria.  He also encouraged members of his family to hatefully ignore both me and our daughter.  I and Senator Uzamere's daughter Tara has yet to see any of her cousins on her father's side of the family.  Since Senator Uzamere was unsuccessful in his bid to convince me to abort our daughter, he has done the next best thing -- pretend that she simply does not exist and encouraged his family to do the same. Lastly, the height of Senator Uzamere's cruelty was leaving me with the difficult task of preparing my own divorce papers and attempting to serve legal papers on him without knowing his whereabouts and without the financial means to retain an attorney to file the divorce, and leaving his flesh-and-blood daughter without the protection of a father; virtually throwing his own daughter out to the "wolves" -- men of ill repute are far more apt to approach a girl who has no male protector than if a girl has a father figure protecting her. The Nigerian law that using a fake name renders a marriage null and void does not apply in New York State.  That Senator Uzamere used the fictitious first name "Godwin" to marry me does not render the marriage void in the state of New York.  This website's home page clearly shows a picture of the individual known to me, our daughter and members of my family as both "Godwin" and "Ehigie" Uzamere.  Since I am legally married to "Godwin", I am also legally married to "Ehigie."  "Godwin" and "Ehigie" is one and the same person. That Senator Uzamere's wickedness towards me and our daughter would one day catch up with him was only a matter of time. Senator Uzamere used his time to promote wickedness against me and our daughter.  Now it is my time to seek justice against him, and against all those individuals who sided with him to work their wickedness towards us.
