I
will not negotiate with, nor will I negotiate for the benefit of the following defendants:
1)
Allen E. Kaye, Esq.: I believe him to be the mastermind of this entire illegal fiasco. Based on the
preponderance of the evidence, I believe that he unduly influenced marriage license clerk Joseph Visceglia to allow Ehigie
to give him the fictitious name "Godwin E. Uzamere" without requiring Ehigie to show Mr. Visceglia any
identification.
2)
Robert E. Juceam, Esq.: Mr. Juceam's explanation to Rachel McCarthy regarding Allen Kaye's
involvement in Ehigie's acts of immigration and identity fraud were duplicitous. Mr. Juceam's statement regarding
Allen Kaye that “he came to know” is absolutely inaccurate. Mr. Kaye did not just "come to know."
He planned everything -- except of course, getting caught. In Mr. Kaye's attempt to ground-scrounge for his fee,
he circumvented immigration law and encouraged others to circumvent immigration law so that he would be paid. Mr. Juceam's
attempt to paint Allen Kaye as an innocent (which is as ridiculously hypocritical as a virginal 'ho), is more than
dishonest – it is fraudulent.
4) Eugene O. Uzamere, Esq.:
Besides knowing the law, Eugene is my husband's nephew – and my daughter's cousin. Eugene knows that there is
no “Cousin Godwin” that I married. Eugene created or had created a set of fraudulent “foreign” documents
there were not properly notarized or authenticated for use in U.S. courts. In addition, Eugene engaged in a series of acts
of harassment including defaming my character based on my mental status – among the commission of other illegal acts.
I respectfully ask those who are members
of the judiciary and those in position to adjudge the professional conduct of attorneys, not to entertain any ideas from the
aforementioned defendants regarding the granting of money that I am owed in exchange for the aforesaid defendants not being
suspended/disbarred and jailed. I will view any attempt for me to accept monies that I am owed in exchange for leniency for
the defendants named above as coercion and as a direct invitation for me to take the law into my own hands. Such an attempt was made when my federal
criminal attorney Elizabeth Mann asked me to plead guilty to assault after the U.S. attorney gave me the evidence I needed
to prove that Allen Kaye violated the law. I told my attorney that I would speak to the judge and take the chance and go to
jail but that I would not plead guilty. Vermont Federal Criminal Case Docket No. 1:08-cr-00014-jgm was dismissed anyway.
Again, I implore you: Make no attempt to offer money that is owed to me in exchange for leniency
for the aforementioned defendants. These wicked men made no attempt to negotiate my pain or my babies' pain for nearly
30 years. I AM NOT ESAU -- I
WILL NOT SELL MY BIRTHRIGHT. JUSTICE IS MY BIRTHRIGHT. IT IS NOT FOR SALE NOR CAN IT BE NEGOTIATED. DO NOT ASK OR COERCE ME – I WILL NOT
